On behalf of UID UK, our Secretary Ömer Faruk Lermioğlu, Head of Political Affairs Atilla Üstün, and Head of Relations with NGOs Çetin Ersoy attended the 2026 Iftar Programme organised by Luton Turkish Education and Cultural Centre and Ahmet Ziyaüddin Gümüşhanevi Mosque at Luton Turkish Centre.
We were pleased to join this meaningful iftar together with our Deputy Consul General in London, Consul Mr Oğuzhan Gönültaş, Labour MP for Luton North, Mrs Sarah Owen, and Labour MP for Luton South & South Bedfordshire, Mrs Rachel Hopkins, as well as other NGO representatives and members of the Luton Turkish community.
We sincerely thank the organisers for their warm hospitality and for bringing our community together this Ramadan.
